Congratulations to Snake for winning the gold medal! I would give the silver medal to Kiwi-fi for putting the knife down long enough to clear the hurdle. Then I would declare a 4 way way tie for bronze!

They are all Gold Medal Winners in my book! Every one of them is fighting a valient fight against their thoughts…Keep at it! You CAN do this. Maybe not right now, maybe not tomorrow, but, some day, you’ll be able to look back & see how much things have changed for the better. It sounds so…“rainbows, candy & blue skies” to put it in writing (typing?), but, I speak from experience, not aphorisms.
