Until cats learn how to open cans and boxes, I’ll accept respect.

Oh sweet kitty! Love you inspite of this.… and: Hi! marlajc88! They – the cats – are pretty lovely at any time! Aren’t they? Greetings to you and also to you Mr. Anthony Smith from a cat lover from Germany. I love dogs, too, but till now I never had a dog – never say never!

We had a family Black Lab who considered indoor cats family. When she visited me when I was married with kitten, she pretended to nap and wag her tail slowly so Pixel would play with her tail. Pax would peek at him when he was playing. She was so smart! Pax taught me not to be afraid of dogs. Pixel once draped himself on her back when we visited Mom and rode her into the kitchen, purring loudly. Mom picked him up, making Pax happy. “Mom? Do you see the kid riding me?” (I pet pit bulls now without fears.)

Our cats walk up and ask us to refill the dishes with kibble if there’s daylight. When they get a tin of “gooshyfood”, they twine and whine until their dishes are set down so they can chow down. After, they rub up on us or jump in bed with me asking to be brushed, purring loudly.
