Good grief! Get a grip, Mona; Ryan’s going to drop you faster than hot burning coals as soon as you take off back to La La Land!

Could be Jennifer’s letting a little of her own feelings out through Mona….

Donna’s got it right in that last panel.

I never got that way over love (though i did get pretty up) - but i remember coming out of Music Midtown 3 (Atlanta) after a weekend with terrific sets from Cowboy Mouth, Dash Rip Rock, the Roches, the Bobs, Jimmy Dale Gilmore, Jason & the Scorchers, Marcia Ball and Safire the Uppity Blues women (and some more i forgot, i think), capped off by a simply INCREDIBLE set from Dylan.

I pretty much danced to the MARTA station, bounced up and down in my seat, got into my car humming “Subterranean Homesick Blues”… and got home and crashed so hard i didn’t even get out of bed for almost twenty-four hours.

And it was hydraulic pressure that pushed me out of bed then.

But you know, it’s still nice to see Mona happy if only for a brief time.

One - I like the new Mona and if Jen is letting something out through her, all the better! Two - Am guessing we’ll see Ryan again. When Mona tries to run back to his arms only to find them already occupied by someone else .. and then old Mona will return.

Well, they say only fools fall in love. Mona had the nerve to criticize anyone else’s romantic choices and she’s fallen for a boy who’s likely to move on from her pretty quickly, separated by an ocean as they are.
