It’s interesting how this strip will touch on certain things in a comical way (like strangling a man and punching a puppy) and then bring the reader back into reality and remind them that those are horrible things!
(Did that come out right? What I mean is that the strip shows us that sometimes it’s a comic and other times… Oh, you get it. It’s late.)
I’m a major animal lover and I’d probably punch a guy who strikes any kind of animal (“so how does that feel, you $@#&!!!”), but since the police got to him first they can have him.
AliKzam: What you said was pretty clear, and accurate. I suspect we all had a little guilt if we saw humor in the incident, and it’s good that Jennifer gave us Donna to redeem the whole thing.
Donna has always been appealing to me, ditzy or not. She seems to have a core under all that frizz, if that makes any sense.
My friend called last night saying her Yorkie was acting strange and was shaking like a leaf. She had me to look up his symptoms because she thought he may have been constipated. Upon further examination she noticed he favored his ribs and was very sore. We suspect someone kicked him. I just can’t believe someone would be so mean toward a dog….grrrrrr

Donna loves animals as do some of my friends over on a social networking site. Turning red is but a mild reaction, under the circumstances….

Hmmm, perhaps Mona should have taken Donna with her to spy on him rather than Lucas!
