You should take the tree down no later than August.

A friend of ours got an iguana when his daughter was little. They both loved the iguana. It loved the Christmas tree and used it for a climbing structure. The tree stayed up for more than 6 months.

What word was Mona starting to say in the second panel, after “memento”? “Mori…”?

I’ve never been to Laughlin, Nevada; but I can vouch that the Christmas tree is looking pretty worn out on 11 January….
