That and lots of sticky notes for me! (Yes, prolonged crying in a corner does raise it’s ugly head as well…)
I always considered it a good day if I made it off Base before bursting into tears. A really bad day was one where I didn’t even make it out of my cubicle before the tears started. We all have our coping mechanisms.
Also, busy can be a good distraction.
