Sadly I not only can I not verbalize, I also can’t cry. I wanna cry all the time, but I can’t. I really need to start figuring out how to explain my mental illness to people cause… literally no one knows due to me just keeping it inside.
Baby steps, good for you Chuck! Learning to verbalize is the first step to reframing, and then you are on your way to turning something de-habilitating into a super power!
