I always have depression and anxiety, but the anxiety seems stronger in the Summer, and depression is stronger in the Winter. Ngl, I’m really liking the colder weather, severe depression is way better (imo) than severe anxiety. At least I know how to cope with depression most of the time. Anxiety just ruins everything.
So glad that Chuck made sure to draw some individual leaves to make sure we know what that brown pile is made of. My first thought was of something else.
“Nutmeg essential oil (nutmeg is in pumpkin spice) is packed with both, stimulant and sedative properties, besides an uplifting aroma. These remarkably lower high blood pressure levels and ease stress, tension, worry in the mind. In addition, this natural residue also alleviates depression, anxiety, insomnia and promotes deep sleep.”
You can make nutmeg essential oil in your home by pouring oil, I used coconut, over nutmeg seeds and covering it for a few days. I haven’t tried it but when I do I plan to crush the seeds first, just a bit, and put them in a mesh bag. I did it one using arnica.
