That’s kind of an issue . . . I think back to my young-adult years, which were pretty depressed. It took so many years, and so many different efforts and explorations, that now I’m not sure what actually improved things. (Probably no one thing, because it’s never just one stressor causing the depression. Particularly since I’m in a very different circumstance nowadays.)
