The style of hat they are wearing is called a “bowler”.This one is a bit of a thinker.

Why are the lanes elevated? I think these brothers write for themselves occasionally. Remember we need to understand your ideas if we’re going to think they’re funny.

The lanes aren’t elevated. That’s the approach. It just looks elevated because of the way the left and right edges are cut off by the comic’s frame.

Let’s face it. It’s a failed joke. Bowler hats on bowlers? Only in Great Britain. Hahahahahahahahahahahaha

I beleive the horiz. section is elavated and the lanes are waist high, Irish are known for drinking and he’s bowling at the bar THAT’S IT !
