StelBel it is 1:00 am and I just got back. Shiska was right, Timbuktu is faarrrrr away. The hardest part was finding a running gremlin (the car not the creature). ;-) Well it’s off to bed for me. Thanks for the advice, just hope I got em all. Lol

I went to bed at 8pm. You were right! LOL Season finale of Harry’s Law on NBC. And, I was just doggone tired. We’ve been dog-sitting my sister’s pug, Dozer (or “Dozerdoodle” as we like to call him) for almost 2 weeks (and counting) while she’s travelling through Maine and up to Nova Scotia. He’s a good ol’ guy. Then, we have my friend’s little Chihuahua/poodle for the long week-end , while they’re camping. Mattie Mae’s a good girl, too and all 3 get along for the most part, but it’s still been a little crazy, especially when it’s 2 people walking 3 dogs, and we all want to go 5 different ways! And, Mattie’s on a special diet, and I have to feed her separately and make sure she doesn’t eat their food. Then, while I’m busy picking up “poop” out on our walk, there she is eating God-knows-what on the sidewalk!!! I’ll so be glad when we’re all back to our one-dog homes. I can’t believe that at one time I had SEVEN dogs! I am so out of practice for this!! LOL

my only comment, this time on just the strip (for a change!) is that in the last panel, I would think, the word balloons are pointing to wrong fish. The big fish, who is espousing creationism, is called a pagan by the little fish and the the little fish, who is espousing evolution, calls the big fish a zealot.Admittedly, a minor point, but we are so much into PERFECTION here, now, aren’t we? ;)

I think a role reversal is part of the story line.

Don’t argue religion, it’s pointless. Nobody wins.Going to my sister-in-laws to party. No fish fry but we will have a good time.

I have 3 of her ’80’s albums on vinyl, Fellow Baby. And soon I will have 2 of them and a compilation collection on CD. Her music is not easy to find on CD though. And I bought the last “new” CD’s at Amazon.com. So at least for the moment, all that will be available is used.

Actually that love goes back to the 80’s. I don’t think she recorded anything in the 90’s though. Apparently she’s made a comeback, but I won’t hear anything on any of the local stations.

Thanks sugie! I couldn’t find my “downsize” instructions. I found another one that is really Awesome, but it needs downsized, :-(

Fellow Baby do you listen to any of Adele’s music?

If I’ve heard any of Adele’s stuff I don’t think I knew it. I tend to listen to the classic rock stations these days. And now of course, I only listen to commercial-free music.

Good afternoon CDers. Worked in yard from about 8:30 until 1 p.m. (Anyone need daffodil bulbs, have plenty free for the taking). Now I’m tired and free to relax with comics the rest of the day. Glad to be back to work tomorrow, not sure I can take another busy weekend like this last one!

80 degrees at 9:45 pm! LOVIN’ IT!

Sunshine on my shoulders makes me happy…I won’t go into sunshine on my kibble and bits.

Well no late night tonight. Tomorrow’s a working day. And the wake-up call gets earlier and earlier as the week goes on. So don’t expect me here past 9 PM PDT.

The party’s over for me.

I’ll be going to bed soon I hope. It’s been a tiring day. I think I am getting a cold too. :-(
