We are in need of rain, too, but not the dire need that you have! Let’s hope the weather fixes itself soon!Like you and everyone who comes here, I enjoy Citizen Dog . I never saw it when it originally ran, so it’s all brand new to me! I can live with it being “out-of-sync” and “out-dated”, but I would be hard pressed to go without my daily Fergus/Cuddles/Mel et al. shenanigans!

Well I have got rain to spare. It is a bleak gray day amd rain is coming down in buckets.Good mornimg to the expanding Citizens of Dog.

Colorado towns have cancelled fireworks for the most part. The first time in my life I won’t watch fireworks…anywhere.

I just hate it when it rains buckets but not water…..it just pails by comparison

I just hate it when my popcorn farts…..it makes me wonder what they’ve been eating

Good morning CD kids. Whaoh, what do you mean these are re-runs……where am I? Have I been here before? Great, now I’m lost. Maybe if I can hack into the cyber cat network all will be well again..Popcorn farts sound pretty scary to me..All municipalities have cancelled fireworks here. We are under fire hazard warnings. They still plan to set them off on the riverfront, in front of the Arch. I just hope the crazy neighbors don’t set us all on fire.

no fireworks here either.someone complained that they scare the seagulls…don’t get me wrong. i am all for nature, and protecting wildlife, but sometimes things can go beyond sensible.and i do like birds as well as rabbits.

We have fireworks all over the place. Every casino tries to outdo the other. Then the "neighbors " take over and we listen to boom,boom until well past midnight.

We have a Hollywood director and a comedian rhat battle for the best fireworks display. The comedian has won for the last several years.

i am going to try to get mom into bed.she (and i) have had a bad couple of days (again).i think she (we) may have “progressed” to a new stage of bad.that or she has a bad case of stomach flu. (again?)“happy” and “joy” aren’t coming easy lately.i may check in later and post a “good night”.

You also Fellow Baby, unless both of you being Canadian, you have no clue as to who Andy Griffith was. Most of us grew up with that show, which was SO pure and wholesome. He himself seemed that way as well. Heck, he went back to his roots when he retired.

Hey there kids. I heard about Andy…….it is so sad. When I was a kid, I used to wish I lived in Mayberry and had a family like his. I really used to envy Opie. I know it was only a character he played, but he was the best TV dad..StelBel such language…..oh my. lol. The raspberry giving dog is too good. You tell em girlfriend..Grog fireworks are very legal here in Missouri. This time of year you can’t throw a rock 50 feet without hitting a fireworks stand. If you stop by a comic called ‘Cow and Boy’ today, you may get an idea of why I worry so. With some of the toothless yahoos round these here parts, I really wouldn’t be surprised to see one of their kids sporting a fireworks tank. Crap I hope none of them read that comic. I guess we will know by Thursday..Good night kids. Have happy dreams and a peaceful rest (especially noicantspell and his mom)
