Well, the old washing machine quit on me today, so I’ve been dealing with the laundry problem all day…

Somehow I can’t picture “killer” basset hounds.

Me either, Fellow Baby. Bassets are just too sweet.

Both my Kenmore washer and dryer lasted for years. The replacements are also Kenmore, but I’ll bet, even though they work fine, won’t last near as long, because I’ll bet they aren’t made in US anymore.

Yesterday morning’s picture was an autumn scene of a dog with a huge maple leaf in his mouth. I hadn’t realized it had disappeared til you mentioned it last night. That happens with a lot of pictures off the internet (if you go back in the archives, you can see where pictures were posted and have since disappeared). The reason why was explained to me by x_Tech and SusanSunshine , but I still don’t know if I fully understand it. It has something to do with how many times an image is viewed and then it expires…or something like that.

Thanks for the Big Bang Theory link StelBel. However, I couldn’t see any videos of BBT, only two and a half men or some such show. Also, they want you to BUY the video. You know that I have no money, don’t you?

And just WHERE did you find that killer Basset Hound? Tonight, on my walk, I saw a Basset Hound with a muzzle on. It looks to weird. I never think of them being vicious. And yet there are people here with Rottweilers, German Shepherds and all kinds of big and little dags without a muzzle. Little dogs bite more often that big ones do.

She said it in BOLD letters thirteen hours ago on this very page, Grog. You must be getting sleepy, lol

Was anyone else kicked off GoComics today? This is the first time it happened to me.

I think I’d much rather be on a cruise than a plane, Shika. At least on the cruise you’ve got the freedom of moving around the ship.

I know the feeling Grog. I don’t usually come here in the morning for that reason. I lack the will-power to get moving again. You are more disciplined that way.

Kicked off? Not me! Not Yet!

No, I can get up a little later because I only have to go as far as our Tech center tomorrow, which is about 15 minutes from where I live. Then I’ve got a doctor’s appointment in the afternoon about 5 minutes from there.

I was feeling rather smug that I never had problems getting on GoComics, until today. I had to type in Citizen Dog to get here.

What is later for you Grog? 6:00 a.m.?

I have had daytime problems on my local ISP at home – but that is not specific to GoComics. It’s pretty common to all sites I might visit.

That’s when I get up, or 7:00 a.m. most days. Except today. I was so tired for some reason that I slept through my alarm and woke up at 9:00 a.m. It is a good thing it wasn’t for work. It was bad enough to miss a class, but no one missed me.

Sometimes that is a good thing. :-)

What is an ISP Grog?

Today, when I clicked on my comics in my email, it took me to the home page, but no further. It said that there was a problem and that they were aware of it and that they were working on it. I wonder why that only happens to some people and not others?

I hate to say good night Grog, having just got here, but I need to go to bed to get my required sleep to be civil to others during the day. Or to think clearly. My days of getting by with five or six hours on a regular basis are past.

Good Night Grog!! Have a good night’s sleep. I’m glad we connected.

Normal wake up time is 4:15 AM so that I can comment on my fav’s before I go to work – which is about 5:30 – 5:40 AM. If I’m lucky, I’m at work by 6:30.

Tomorrow I will get up around 5AM to get to the Tech Center around 7 AM and spend a little more time on my strips.

This morning I really slept in! It was 7:15 and the sun was rising!

Internet Service Provider.

That will be a nice change for you Grog. (I know, I know. I said I was going to bed, and I will….)

I’ll see you tomorrow night, but likely late. I hope that I get up on time tomorrow.
