Good Afternoon CDers!Are Fiddler’s Farts special? I must remember this phrase when I go to the convent for the weekend (for a course).

Of course, there may be a reason their mealtimes are silent.

My avatar, if I haven’t mentioned it, is a mix between Mua, a white cat with green eyes, and Spooky, a white cat with one blue eye and one amber eye. We also had a white cat named Snowball with two blue eyes. And a white kitten named Caspar, with two blue eyes. Caspar met an unfortunate end by being smothering by his siblings and then half eaten by his mother, Spooky. I guess I should have told this story Halloween night. Spooky was deaf and loved to lie in the street. She got hit by a car….

On a happier note….uh……

sugar, the one on the left brings back a very old memory. I was 5 when my parents took our collie to live on a farm in the country.

You’re right “tinkers dam” just doesn’t cut it, Fiddler’s Fart is much better!

nighthawks, thanks buddy! Took me a while but I FINALLY found Wisconsin! Once I started looking for Cheeseheads, it was easy!

I took my screens off of the windows today, did the laundry and mowed the yard. Each time that I mow, I wonder if it will be the last time.

As you know, there’s no last time down here, cleo unless the drought conditions kill the grass

I’m kind of thankful for the extra hour’s sleep this week-end even though I’m not at all a fan of standard time.

I think I’ll stretch out on my recliner and watch the rest of The Lieutenant Wore Skirts. If I’m still awake at nine, Adam’s Rib is on.

cleo I have to do that plastic window cover/blow dryer thing on our windows, but it works. At least it helps somewhat. We heat with oil, so you know, we’ve mortgaged the house to pay for the oil bill for the winter!
