Happy, 4 once servings are what they recommend. Fish, like Salmon, are a good source of the Omega-3s, the good cholesterol. Adding more salmon to your diet wouldn’t hurt at all.

It’s a part of how I keep my cholesterol in check – and I allow myself bacon and eggs every once in a while.

Hi, Shika. I love Chicago of the 70’s. They changed a lot in the 80’s and I didn’t like them nearly as much.

I don’t know if I would recognize their music of the 80’s. I didn’t take much note of music that decade. Or much since the 70’s, for that matter. But I did like what I heard of Chicago in the 70’s.

There was a big change in music in the 80’s, Shika, but there were some good groups from the 70’s that made a good transition. There was Bob Seger, Bruce Springsteen, Heart, Rod Stewart & Genesis to name a few. Then there were new groups/solo artists like Pat Benatar, John Mellencamp, Don Henley, Tina Turner and Phil Collins. Then there were Canadians like (early 80’s) Bryan Adams, Luba, Blue Rodeo and Collin James.

I guess you really knew what was good then, didn’t you Grog?
