I was working a crossword last night. Three letters “organization for young females”. My mind went blank. Later ‘gsa’ popped up in my head. These senior moments are tough on us old folks!
I hate it that these places that make the goods for these causes make more money on them than if they sold retail at the market. The group get some profit, but the companies that make the product make the most.
Have the kids participate in a car wash or a lawn business. Teach them how to work, not use them as beggars.

I stopped buying girl scout cookies when they hit $4 a box and reduced the number of cookies per box.
