Skydiving cat with a malfunctioning parachute suddenly realized it didn’t make any difference if he could land on his feet from 10,000 feet.

One of the kids who rode my school bus once dropped a cat from a third-floor window. Cat landed on all fours, all right — and dislocated every joint in its body. I never did learn whether the cat was treated or put down.
