Let’s see….I swam for about 6 years to include with an international level team for a while which regularly included two workouts a day at 2 hours per with more intensive yards/meters swam each time that could ever be counted. And while I was with this high level team, I was also often practicing with my local swim teams for whom I also competed. Not having physical contact (well, except with the wall from time to time) is hardly the same as ‘low impact.’

I’ll never understand parents pushing their kids to be in 15 different “activities” and always keeping them super busy.
