Planning the practices, shuffling the kids in and out of games... the coddling of a child's psyche is so frustrating, Nordling: That's a tough aspect of coaching. Mrs. Nordling: That last one wasn't about coaching, it was about this conversation.

If he didn’t really care about the success for the kids – he wouldn’t have these concerns. It is a bit of a paradox.
