I stayed in an airbnb that was a dump. I’d hit the character limit if I tried to put everything here. BUT it was a beach town and it had easy access to the beach, to the boardwalk, to town, and to other nearby towns (and Atlantic City). So I overlooked the fact that, for instance, we had to rearrange the furniture to pull down the Murphy bed to sleep.

If they can get a fire going, they can hopefully cook a meal. And they have a roof over their head in what looks like the beginning of a snowstorm.
