I love doing an impromptu anatomy lesson for my kids while we’re eating chicken. “See this drumstick? These muscles here are like the quadraceps, and these muscles here are like the hamstrings. The bigger bone is the tibia and this small thin bone is the fibula.” Much harder to do it with beef.
