It has happened…where a burglar sued the homeowner because he was injured. He won!

There is that tiny yellow critter again, at the very bottom center. Cute little bugger!

My neighbor, who always borrow my wooden ladder, complained that the four feet never all touch the ground at the same time. We are now co-owners of an aluminum ladder. (last man standing owns it)

You can shoot them, but don’t let them fall off a ladder.

One night many years age a burglar attempted to burgle our abode. I was supportive. The dogs, not so much.

IMO, that is liberal stupidity at its best. I can’t believe people don’t want other people to be allowed to defend themselves. Just let whoever do whatever they want to you…. tough luck. And if they happen to get hurt on your property while attacking you well duh how can that possibly be pinned on you. But it is!

It’s more to do with the dirt bag lawyers than anything else, just watch an hour of daytime tv and you’ll see the commercials, it’s cheaper to settle than to fight. You want to lower health care costs, fix the litigation process, loser pays all costs for both sides.

Suits such as those are easy. Winning them are not. Make up some damages next time.
