Seen the story about playing “Baby Shark” to prisoners?

I used to try to play the clarinet. I can tell you for sure that’s some of the worst torture that you can inflict on a person (although violins out of tune sometimes come close).

If youse is lying, I’ll be back with the violins.

reminds me of the son’s recital. 15 kids trying to play “Twinkle,Twinkle Little Star” on violins…..

Reminds me of my sister’s clarinet solo in Jr. High. We cringed all the way through it! Now my brother, he was another Benny Goodman. Good memories!

You ought to hear them practice. I suspect that is how they get their college funds. Parents find the money to send them away, or at least out of ear shot.

Growing up with a father who was a music teacher, this wouldn’t bother me at all. I’ve heard all levels of mostly trombone students, not to mention my own trombone playing.

And if that doesn’t work, they’ll bring out the accordions, the bagpipes, and the touring troupe of Groaci nose-flute players.

Dude, I can get all that information by just taking the bagpipes out of the case.
