Cap, get real. You’ve got Batman, Thor, and Spider-Man in your world. Which means you’ve also got the likes of Hulk and Superman, among others who are stronger than you. Tyr’s right, he’s at least as strong as you. And both Hulk and Superman are at least eight times stronger than the two of you combined.
