Looks like he’s seen a ghost. Maybe he IS the ghost!

Yesterday’s strip was the end of the story? Nothing was really resolved. I like my ending better.

At least this driver isn’t Ed Crankshaft — otherwise Boog’s mum would have been running after the bus (and eventually developed physique of marathoner).

At least she stopped the bus in time.

This is Boog Skinner. Boog is Rover and Hoogy’s little boy, which makes him Slim’s grandson. He is eight years old, having been born in August of 2004, but the actual birthdate is unknown.

I hope this a more benign ride than in the last storyline involving Boog on a schoolbus.

I like how the bus can drive on any terrain. A 4×4 bus. Glad to see Hoogy again.

Only in the comics would a school bus driver stop the bus for a forgotten lunch.

The bus driver did not know the reason he needed to stop. Someone might have been about to be run over! The driver resembles the ghost.

It would have been nice to see the truck Slim bought and drove home.

Of course the driver stopped. Boog’s Mom carries a gun.

Middle school here in MO isn’t serving lunch for a week as punishment for the students having a food fight! Dumb kids.

The driver is definitely not Crankshaft.

Were I a cartoon guy (and I’m not confirming or denying that), I would always stop whatever I was doing for Hoogy. Plus, it looks like she’s got a roasted Turkey in her hand, and that’s another good reason to stop.
