There is a perfectly good law covering this. Just change two words: province to state, and Canada to United States. Vote for Jill Stein and the Green Party. It will be “wasted”, but so is anyone’s vote for that office unless you are among the anonymous elite minority permitted to vote for president. At least you will help build a party that does want you to be permitted to vote for your president – and have affordable health care.

I asked for a correction, noting that there was a Green in that race too – so two weeks later, they printed the same lie verbatim.
