    At our house, we’re thankful for buffet restaurants that are open on Thanksgiving; let someone else do all the cooking and cleaning up.

    Why on earth would Viccy be celebrating Thanksgiving (or the day after i.e. You’rewelcomegiving). It’s not CofE you know!And what, in the name of all that’s edible, is the brownish rectangle with the white dots?

    Gross. We never had sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top. We just baked the sweet potatoes.

    @pcolli No it’s a Puritan feast. It has nothing to do with England where the CofE has Harvest Festival.
