It’s a common courtesy in my neighborhood for those with snowblowers to take care of (at a minimum) the sidewalks of those without. If the person living there also happens to be elderly or otherwise have difficulty with the work (single parent homes with really young kids or someone recently in the hospital), someone will usually take care of their driveway and other walkways to their house as well.
