@ BuggerlugsPogo is sweet in any language…I am enjoying your posts immensely…when I was young, Pogo didnt make sense to me because I wasnt into politics…When Kennedy beat Nixon, my father had a cow (almost literally!) and that sort of interested me (I hated the debates…two old (to me at the time) arguing about who would make the best president. I told my father that Kennedy would win, because he was a better speaker and much better looking…lol…I got grounded for two days for that…no saturday matinee that week…thats all it meant to me at the time…anyway, getting back to my original point (besides the one my head ends in) Now, I get Pogo, and I can remember the events and characters referenced. I do wish gocomics would run it as a classic strip…I do get it now and wish we got it!

I suppose now would be an excellent time for me to finally give my way over-due thanks to Buggerlugs for his “Pogo” postings. I wish GoComics could run them! Of course, Professor Danglais is probably gnashing his or her teeth at all of this non-Andy stuff……..
