Cathy: Irving invited me to his high school reunion! I have to do a mass e-mailing!! Charlene: I thought you hated e-mail. Cathy: Yes, well, I don't have time to call everyone and tell them the same thing! E-mail is perfect! Charlene: You were through with e-mail! Cathy: But it's so efficient! I can write the news once and just send it! Charlene: Finally...A way to make the Christmas spirit last: Send a new form letter each day. Cathy:...And I can attach photos!....

And soon you’ll be able to post this “news” on Facebook! Exciting! (Not.)Good morning, Cathy clan! Thinking of Aaron and Billy today… congratulations to all gay couples on the Supreme Court ruling yesterday! No one should be discriminated against in the U.S., whether you agree with their lifestyle or not.

Even though I miss having new “Cathy’s”, I’m so happy she didn’t know about facebook!
Very well said lightenup!

Look at how happy Cathy is to have been invited to Irving’s class reunion as she’s telling Charlene all about it. Isn’t she the SAME person who, on Monday, 6/17, practically screamed “Invite someone else!” at him when he first invited her because she didn’t want to have to spend the whole evening explaining their “situation” to people? Yet another example at why Cathy is such a whack-a-doo! Oh, well. I still love her anyhow!!!!! ;-)
Hi, rgcviper!
lightenup: So happy to hear the great news you got from your new doctor! I know how good it feels when that happens. About 4 years ago, I had to have a biopsy done on my right side after a suspicious mass was found there on a recent mammogram. I was pretty scared but thankfully, the results came back negative, which was really great but I had to go back every 6 months for follow-up sonogram tests for a couple of years afterwards just to make sure things were still clean there (which they were). Subsequent mammograms ever since then have been fine. Breast cancer runs in my family so I have to religiously keep on top of this subject . . . just in case. My grandmother had it and survived; a cousin of my mom’s had it and died; and a cousin of mine (only 5 years older than me) died just last year after a 4-year fight against it so I take this disease VERY seriously.
Aaron and Dr. Billy: Thinking of you today after yesterday’s monumental Supreme Court ruling and hoping that you’re safe and well . . . wherever you are. Love and miss you both so much! Please come back soon!!!!!
Hello and Happy Thursday, fellow “Cathy” fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today!

I too thought of Aaron and Billy — hope they are as happy as I am to see those stupid laws go down.
I know what you mean Mom — I had breast cancer and it was not for sissies. Even then I found myself fighting to not do chemo and doctors making me feel guilty (AMA) about it.

I kinda see Cathy’s point today, but still worthy of an [eye-roll].
HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
