Cathy: Nothing. Zilch. Yes! Hah! I commit to a vacation without him! Irving: Hi. It's Irving. Want to go to Europe? Eau de romance. Eau de passion. No fragrance will ever compete with this summer's intoxicating classic: Eau de non-refundable airfare.
Uh, Cathy…you seriously should Not have pressed that button! You are going to regret not going to Europe with Irving instead of doing domestic with Electra. There are many fine boarding kennels out there who spoil their boarding dogs! Looks like you’ll have to say “no” to Irving and wait until you two get married…IF indeed you ever DO get married…for your honeymoon IF you ever have one! I know its Monday, but I hope that we Cathy-lovers can look forward to it as being a brand new day in a brand new work-week (for both those who work in- and out-side the home)! ;)
Take 2 trips then! You will always remember the experiences of traveling, more than the 40 pairs of shoes that you have, Cathy!Hello Cathy clan! Hope you have a good Monday!
While I’d love to go to Europe, we’ve never traveled without our dog and wouldn’t dream of doing it. She’s very attached to us and has never been separated from us a single day in her whole life — not even when she was a puppy and got spayed. She’s 12 years old now so it’ll always be “domestic” as long as she’s alive (which, hopefully, will be for at least a couple more years yet). There’s still plenty of time for European trips later on in life when we no longer have our sweet baby girl with us by our side . . . if there’s time and money (especially money!) to go, that is. Until then, I’ll just have to live vicariously through my good friend and soul sister, lightenup instead!
;-)
Hi, rgcviper!
lightenup: It’s so good to see you here with us almost every single day again. Makes it easy to forget sometimes that you’re so very far away from us that way!
Hello and Happy Monday, fellow “Cathy” fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today!
Amazing how that happens — when we were leaving for our cottage, the builder who couldn’t start until August 22 suddenly found an opening that day. As it turned out we couldn’t go to Canada because of expired passports and green cards, so we called him back and got the first part of the job done. :)
