Cathy: You just ate your "oil allotment" through 2007! It isn't weight! It's wanderlust! Day 1: Got my first glimpse of the pyramid and was mesmerized by its transformational powers. Day 2- Day 6: Studied the pyramid. Took virtual tours of the pyramid. Dedicated myself to the pyramid. Day 7 - Day 14: Gave free lectures about the pyramid. Day 15: Took one tiny side trip...which launched me on a tour of all the non-pyramid wonders of the world. Including visits to all their snack shops. Day 16:

The diet wagon: so hard to stay on, so easy to fall off . . . and I ought to know because I’ve been on a perpetual diet for more years than I can remember, always trying to lose the exact same 15 lbs.!!!!! :-(

I think they meant well with the food pyramid, but it only messed people up. The MyPlate idea was a more realistic one, so people can (hopefully) visualize what they should be eating during a meal. It could be even better with examples of what section could be (i.e. fish should be listed, not hot dogs)..Hello Cathy clan! I hope you had a great weekend!
