January 24. Perfect all day. At 8:00 wanted chocolate. January 25. Perfect all day. At 5:00 needed ice cream. January 26. Perfect all day. At 8:00 had to have chips. After zillions of dollars of research, we finally understand the one main cause of weight gain: "at o'clock."

The trick is to go to bed early. Or eat your last meal around 3pm so you are not starving at 7 or 8. And still, go to bed early!

Ate o’clock is fine. It’s the ate 30, or more, that makes us fat.
