Mom: Any mail?? Any mail?... Computer: You have 146 new pieces of mail. Mom: The second I turn my back, there's more mail! I don't want more mail!! Chatrooms to join... upgrades to install... Jokes to respond to... Websites to visit... ...Didn't I already have enough to feel guilty about?? I'M SICK OF YOUR GOBBLEDEGOOK MESSAGES THAT TAKE ME HALF AN HOUR TO EVEN FIGURE OUT WHERE THE NOTE PART STARTS!! LEAVE ME ALONE, DO YOU HEAR ME??? I CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE MAIL!!! Cathy: You don't have to answer it, mom. Just hit "delete". Mom: "Delete"? Honestly...young people have no social graces.

It wasn’t because of email, but I used to feel like that about my computer all the time. Then I got rid of M$ Windoze and put Linux on it instead, and I no longer feel like that.

If by “social graces” you mean smashing your computer to smithereens, you’re right Mom.
