my grandson was watching Big Time Rush on tv and commented on a song they were singing. I reminded him that the “New” song they were singing was an old Beatles tune and was not so “new” after all. It is fun to watch the kids of today actually enjoy some of the music of my youth.
or, that kids today make negative comments about 20" tv that looked like furniture and built like one to. and, wonder what is vhf, and uhf? and, why does it one have 1 port which is a coaxial. and, why isn’t it attached to the wall, but on the floor and weighs 200+ pounds.
A little over 20 years ago one of my coworkers told about sitting in a diner near our office when a Beatles song played on the jukebox. He heard a kid behind him ask his mom who was singing. She had to explain to the kid who the Beatles were. The kid goes, “Whoa, Paul McCartney was in a band before Wings?” Made my coworker feel real old; and like I said, that incident was more than 20 years ago.

If I recall, Ringo also voiced a trio of extraterrestrial ducks in the “Courage the Cowardly Dog” animated TV show.
