Don’t just stand there Earl. Get the Weed & Feed!

Midas had the golden touch whereas Earl has the dandelion stare.

Dandelion wine oh so fine!How does the saying go: When life gives you lemon’s?

I like dandelions. I enjoy the pretty splash of color.

Dandelions make very good wine ! Yummie !

Now I’ve got Phil Collins in my head for the rest of the day!!

Once upon a dandelion!

Dandelion season is in full bloom here in Indiana.

No dandelions here – but if there were, I wouldn’t be eating them or drinking wine made from them. It would be the weed & feed for me.

It is much better in color. The B&W in the paper looked like the skydivers ready to take off. Anyone knows the yellow carpet comes first.

If you know how to cook them, they’re delicious! Fortunately, my mom grew up on a farm, so she knew how.

The only thing blooming this past week when our foot of snow melted were the dandelions!

They make a great salad.

I would like some color here right now. Even dandelions. We just have snow and more snow. As soon as the snow melts it snows again!

I pull them when I see them, but they stay one step ahead of me.

Best use for dandelions: make dandelion wine.

Mine are out! They don’t last long, though.

No dandelions here in my part of the drought. The beaver tail cactus are shriveled and ground squirrels have for sale signs in front of their burrows. I’ve made some cash selling canteens to ants, though.

yay … colorful flowers all over my lawn! Much better than that plain old “just green” lawn of my neighbor
