Evidently Pennsylvania lets their roads go to Hell before they repair them.

I’ve been through Pennsylvania and this is so true. Between the potholes, the tire scraps and the dead deer, it’s like driving an obstacle course.

Any PA road in the summer. Old joke: there are three seasons in PA: fall, winter, and PennDOT construction.

Hey, in OH we have four seasons, construction, more construction, still construction, and winter.

In Vermont it’s summer, fall, winter, mud. Often there’s a brief few days between mud and summer called spring.

I haven’t been to PA in 30 years and I got the joke. Some things never change.

I live in PA and that’s about it. Potholes everywhere, road construction everywhere, and this isn’t even in the city!

My doors open Little Dog and Tortie. I’ll keep my eyes open for you and just like Motel 6, I’ll keep the light on! :-)

Looks about right. They booby-trap I-80 to keep the invading armies of New Jersey out!

We live in northern New Jersey and drive to Wooster, Ohio, every summer. We’ve /never/ seen I-80 in PA without two or three construction zones of ten miles or more, and usually at least one major bridge being demolished on one side and the other side running traffic in both directions.

In Minnesota we only have two seasons: winter and road repair. Those cones are all over I35 and 94…. UGH!
