Oh, no! that move wasn’t telegraphed a week in advance, was it? [sarcasm]
Have we sorted out why they are driving a right hand drive car in left hand drive Sweden? Very inconspicuous as a stakeout/surveillance vehicle. [even more sarcasm]
What happened to the time traveler chick who was saved from being hit by a car? Maybe she’s off traveling the universe with “android Jane.” [blast from the past?]
So, I checked WIKI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dagen_H), which says Sweden officially changed to driving on the right hand side of the road (like in the USA) on Sept 3, 1967. I think this plot line is set AFTER that, don’t you? Do you think the Swedes kept buying cars with steering wheels on the right hand side for the next 45 years. Do you suppose there were a lot of right hand drive vehicles still on the road as late as 20 years ago? Maybe Jill is immortal and is really old and the reincarnation of the White Queen, Ayesha, the title character in H. Rider Haggard’s novel, She, written in 1886 (available at Gutenberg for free http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/3155)

Was that a “punch-in-the-jaw” sort of “swoosh” or a “jump-your-bones” one?

Chireef…. obviously not the first kiss in the comics…So if you mean the first time two girls have kissed…no, not that, either.

Biggest darn Mini I’ve ever seen!
And yes, Sweden switched from RHD to LHD back in the ’60s, but I would assume that this Mini is just like any other Mini around – ExPat UK.

Yes, it does seem now that having hands free from the wheel would be a good idea, so finally the left-hand, right-hand discussion makes sense.
