Apparently, in Berger and Wyse’s universe, artificial gravity exists beacuse all of their astronaut/cosmonaut characterrs are vertical as they would be in a gravity field. It may be possible to drraw the characters as if they were free floating but this joke would be hard to do with the soufle’ pan floating in the air. I guess I need to be a good reader and continue to suspend my disbelief to enjoy what I read.
Assuming present theories about gravity prove to be correct, it MAY be possible to one day generate artificial gravity of SOME sort, although I don’t know how effective it’d be…
