Has this character been in the strip before?…I don’t recognize him. But, then, my daily newspaper would only publish their Sunday comic. Don’t know what they’re publishing now as I’ve gone online for all of the comics I like to follow, especially because they’re daily and not just for Sundays.
Charlene’s father, “Walter”, has been in the strip during both Obama campaigns for President. “Walter” a staunch Republican, argues constantly with his left-wing son-in-law “Clarence”.
