There is supposed to be a requirement when it comes to trademarks, too.. read a personal commentary article by an independent writer for the paper that spoke of the conventions of the “trademark rules”… it mentioned that it is intended that if you say Frisbee, you are supposed to say the “full name and trademark”… for instance, the “Frisbee flying disc™” … or "hand me the “Pampers Disposable Diaper” so that we can change junior"…. however, our ways of speaking go against that, as we would say that was ‘convoluted’, but in essence, those are the ways they are “supposed” to be described…

A horse is a horse, of course, of course,And no one can talk to a horse of courseThat is, of course, unless the horse is the famous Mister Ed. -Go right to the source and ask the horseHe’ll give you the answer that you’ll endorse. He’s always on a steady course.Talk to Mister Ed. -People yakkity-yak the street and waste your time of dayBut Mr. Ed will never speak unless he has something to say -A horse is a horse, of course, of course,And this one’ll talk ‘til his voice is hoarse. You never heard of a talking horse? -Well listen to this: "I’m Mister Ed." ---(although I always thought it ended “I am Mister Ed”
Yeah, I have to wonder sometimes, at some of the sites with song lyrics, even TV shows… like really scratch my head at the people putting up the words, and their “listening process”… not merely a misspelling, but a whole “Mondegreenizing” of the lines , etc…
