And ironically Agnes, you may have stumbled into the right way to sell these — 240 lb of grated Parmesan (generic) sells for about $800 (about $950 for brand-name), so sell these for a total of $720 revenue!

I haven’t had much time n the last couple of days….
But I’ve been wanting to post that cheese carving is a real hobby!There are contests, and county fair exhibits….
and plenty of sculptures of cartoon characters…… mostly too large to call “figurines.”

The USDA guidelines allow for a certain percentage of sanding grit in parmesan.
