Drunks and druggies do the darnedest things! I’m reading Billy Crystal’s new autobiography. At one point he talked about how as a young father his brother talked him into trying a new drug. It turned into a trip so bad that he swore off drugs after that. Billy includes a picture that his brother took of him under the influence, and he looks quite literally crazed. I mean Jack Nicholson in “The Shining” crazed!
I heard him on the comedy radio station out of Denver. It plays comedy sketches by a variety of people. I’ve heard some good girl comedics on there. I have it online as I type this and the one thing that bugs me about the channel is their commercials run extraordinarily long. I only play it in the car and promptly punch the station buttons for something different and check back. If you are not familiar with Seinfeld then you wouldn’t appreciate the character copies. I would like to hear an attempt at the Elaine character. -I was most fascinated with Mr. Bean when I first found it on PBS channel 6 KRMA in Denver. I loved his portrayal of the different era Blackadders. As stand up goes, I believe there is plenty of mine-able material. -Here is Comedy 103.1. Click “Listen Live” in the yellow box to the right. -A good Saturday,so far. Hope yours is too !_________________________________________
Thank you for the link to Denver Radio. I’m listening to it live right now as I’m commenting. It’s a great station! There is some sort of comedy routine on right now.-Like Andy Capp, Mr Bean was a huge part of childhood and I sometimes still watch full episodes on Youtube when I need a good laugh. I have all seasons of Blackadder on DVD. I prefer Seasons 2 (with the Queen and her Nanny) & Blackadder Goes Forth which I think is the best of the lot.-My Saturday was excellent! I hope your Sunday is just as good.
The Beverly Hillbillies, a silly albeit funny TOP RATED Show, got cancelled because Aaron spelling’s Wife felt embarrassment . . . that’s a TRUE rumour!
Mountaingreenery and JPuzzleWhiz, Real piece of work that one is! I wish that hadn’t happened at OB though. Love that strip, sorry to see it come to that, yeah, I know, I didn’t help any. :-(

Andy and Chalkie are in the canal so often anyway, why oh why would they do it on purpose? Amazing how something sounds sane when you are drunk.

She was also running rampant on Pearls Before Swine. I have done the same as you.
