last stip we could argue over right ro wrong but this time all she did was pick it up! Gees give her a chance. Also I hope thats not actually the School’s ball and you just claimed it as yours as many in my did used to do with chairs. I always could tell exactly what chair belonged at what desk after multiple put always and take outs. BUT..why did we do that any how? why did schools make kids put away there chairs at the end of every day? Its not like the room had other uses.
Some years ago I had a friend who said that, as a child, she was so insecure about friendships that she once locked a little girl in a closet until she promised to be her friend. This may be a similar and much less creepy approach to striking an acquaintance. Heaven knows it would be nice for Phoebe to have a back-up at school with her (as long as she doesn’t go further down the road to creepy.)
Only ball in the recess pile that still bounces..Yesterday it bounces off yer head and ya didn’t toss it back. Today it’s just laying there unclaimed, until ya start bouncing it..What’s more important sportsmanship, or territory, or teaching the li’l ball hog a lesson in playground politics?

Okay, maybe you can try playing ball WITH the little girl. Sound like she is looking for attention.

Time to pull out the “If you really wanted the ball, you wouldn’t leave it lying around” card.
