The phrase “Just sayin’” usually follows a jerk-headed comment.

My, my. So many of you hit the phrases that send a chill to my core and usually turn my attention away.

“It is what it is.”“You know what I’m sayin’?”“uhm” every two or three words.“…like…” every two or three words.“Actually….” I have caught myself using this and am aghast at my usage.

Practice patience and compassion for the occasional doltish sentence.

If you want to hear idiots speak, just watch the broadcasts from the House of Commons.
