I have found old bowls of cold cereal, soup, etc in my sons room. Thank God he’s the Air Force’s problem now. I’ll bet he doesn’t leave dirty stuff on the floor anymore.

i was never allowed to eat anywhere but in the dining room. didn’t have this problem.

We ate in the kitchen or dining room, nowhere else, except for popcorn in front of the TV, once in a while. Defy that rule and the consequences were significant.

The rule is my house is only eat in the kitchen, but my teen boys still challenge it. So I take the battery packs to their game controllers.
