I’m a bit surprised that this strip is escaping the grasp of a few commenters. Instead of making small balloon animals from regularly-sized balloons, the dude who is struggling with Mickey’s leg makes colossal balloon animals. The girl in the background has already gotten one; the kid in the red & black stripes is waiting for the guy to finish making Mickey. (The strip really is not that complicated.) And apparently the dude not only has amazing skill with balloons, he also has come up with a good mixture of helium and air that allows a tike to carry off a balloon instead of having the balloon carry off the tike.
