The safest thing is, leave the fryer out there… take the turkey home, and roast it, like the pilgrims intended.
Leave the gratuitous deep frying of inappropriate foods to the experts at the county fair.
Ha, reminds me of the report on the news every year of how to properly and safely fry a turkey.
Hazmat suits are tyvec or vinyl. Fire suits are nomex or kevlar. Wacth the old surplus ones. They are fiberglass or asbestos.
