Recovering from stroke

Work, work, work, work, work.

I keep things up around the house, but mostly just care for myself (cooking, eating, exercising, monitoring BP). Reading this morning 135/71 (and no meds); life is good!

I’m a busy wife and mom. We have our own business that we are trying like he!! to hang on to. I volunteer at school, boy scouts, and with the gifted program. I run my kid around to extra curricular activities and try to scratch out a few minutes to exercise and read my comics. Since its winter, what I do now is try and stay warm.

Retired from Defense Dept. just last year

Annoy my wife,but not intentionally.

5 kids living here so busy busy- 3 are grown- 2 getting married soon so working on getting rid of them- LOL…making plans to finally have a “man cave”.

And (as I’ve mentioned before, I’m retired from designing HVAC and other (MEP) systems for construction.

Photographer, digital imaging, graphics and web design…. when pressed. Otherwise I keep others from doing their job.
