Costco, for those of you who need them, have the huge double-packs of generic antacids. That’s 530 tablets. Perfect for piñatas… and trying to sleep after a large pizza.

Actually, the problem is from insufficient stomach acid that fails to adequately digest food and to signal the valve at the base of the esophagus to close up. Antacids and acid blockers make the problem worse but more comfortable, so long as that lack of sterilizing acid doesn’t let an infection in. Supplementing betaine HCl is usually a better choice.

You should take a shot of vinegar to help get the acid rolling. haha

That’s another reason I like the comment area. Every so often, you get useful stuff written here. Unlike what I usually put, which is meant to baffle and amuse or bemuse people.

If the piñata looks good, we need to thank the colorist (is it still you, Joey?) because, let’s face it, a poorly colored piñata would have really messed things up.\

Years ago, I could have used a piñata shaped like my department manager.
